Important tips for brides booking chair covers for your wedding

The cheapest isn’t always the best. I am very aware that brides have to be commercial about the buying of their wedding services, but here are some useful tips brides should consider when deciding on which chair cover company to go with.

  • Does the chair cover fit the chair properly? I have seen chaircovers at weddings half way up the leg of the chair. We stock 5 different sizes in chair cover to cover all different sizes of hotel banquetting chairs.
  • Do your chair covers stay on throughout the entire wedding reception and evening party, or are they taken off after the meal?
  • The price you are quoted for chaircover hire for your wedding,  check are there any extras? You might think the price is keen. Some companies quote a price for hire of the chair covers only and then add on extras such as the bows, delivery, setup and collection costs.
  • Find out when you have to give final numbers for your chaircovers. We normally work to week of the wedding when you give final numbers to the hotel for the meal.   • Check the quality of the chair cover fabric as some chair covers are light weight, flimsy, almost like pillow cases.

Announcing nationwide sash hire service

Wedding Chair Covers are pleased to announce that they now supply sashs to hire throughout Ireland.

Due to the number of hotels supplying their own chaircovers, often the range in sash colours are not available to brides. Wedding Chair Covers has a large range in beautiful organza sashs, which they can hire directly to the bride.

Hotel supply their own chair covers but not your bow colour

As many hotels are now providing their own chair covers they may not necessarily carry a full range in sash colours and thats where Wedding Chair Covers can help you.

Let your chaircovers create a party atmosphere

Wedding Chair Covers have seen a big trend in brides using black chair covers and mixing them with either white or ivory chaircovers. These combinations really create a party ambience in the reception room.

We recently supplied chair covers which were black covers with ivory sashs and ivory covers with black sashs. It really did look chic.

Then this weekend we hired out black chair covers with baby pink sashs and white chair covers with baby pink sashs. On both occassions the reception room looked great and was something different.
