Brides now that we have one month gone in 2009 already many of you are getting down to the finer detail in your wedding plans. With all the major items purchased brides are looking at the wedding budget again and booking things such as the wedding chaircovers.

Ramada Wedding Fair

Wedding Chair Covers based in Drumkeeran Co Leitrim will be exhibiting their range of chair covers for weddings, corporate events and special occassions at the Wedding Extravaganza in the Lough Allen Ramada Hotel on Sunday Feburary 15th from 2pm-6pm.

A full range of chair cover colours, styles and fabrics will be on show along with an extensive display of organza sash colours. Civil Ceremony weddings

There is an increasing trend for civil ceremony weddings to take place in hotels and guests then move through to the reception room for the meal and celebrations.

Many hotels have now received the licence to hold weddings in the hotel. We have been frequently hired to provide the chair covers for both the wedding ceremony and the sit-down meal afterwards. In some cases the chairs used in the civil ceremony are then transfered through to the main function room.

This is very cost effective for the bride as she has the use of the chair covers for both the civil ceremony and the reception meal but only pays the one hire fee.

The main thing is to check that the hotel is happy to transfer the chairs. This works best for smaller numbers, if guests numbers are large, the hotel may have a problem with the actual logistics of the transfer of chairs from one room to another. So you need to check this with the hotel wedding co-ordinator, if they are keen to get your business then you might be able to negociate this with them.
